Due to Mr. Olansen's decisoin to retire after serving as an educator for 31 years, with 29 of those years at Glenpool Schools, the process has started to find a new Superintendent for Glenpool Schools. This search involves asking for input from community and school stakeholders. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the search committee's survey. The goal of the committee is to find the most qualified candidate for the Superintendent's position.
The Oklahoma State School Boards Association is assisting our School District in the search process to hire a superintendent. The Glenpool Board of Education and the OSSBA are asking for district and community stakeholder's input. Distance Learning is the method of instruction for students who are not able to attend school for a temporary period of time in person for illness, injury, or other approved circumstances. Glenpool Public Schools Search/Find/Serve program is trying to locate unserved children with a handicap and children with disabilities in the community, birth to 21 years. The program provides access to educational evaluation,
aid in special class placement and home intervention programs. Services are provided free of charge to parents and all referral information is confidential.
