Next week is Homecoming week for Glenpool Public Schools and you're invited to participate. Join in the celebration and show up Friday to cheer on the Warriors! We've had several ask about dress up days next week and the answer is yes, GIS is participating (although Mr. Bell isn't thrilled about PJ day ;-)
Also, the ongoing fundraiser needs a big boost this weekend. We are still quite a distance from our goal and can really use your help. As an incentive, I'm going to do something I've NEVER done....if we meet our goal of $5000, students can wear school appropriate costumes on October 30th. Now it's going to really get crazy....if we can raise $7500.00, students can vote on costumes that Mr. Bell, Ms. Keho, and Mr. Dieker have to wear.
The fundraiser ends next Wednesday, October 8th. All envelopes and cash/checks must be turned in by last period on the 8th.

While the district provides many digital tools to help you monitor grades and track your child's progress, technology is only a tool. Nothing is more powerful than a one-on-one conversation about your student.
Meeting face-to-face gives you the chance to share insights about your child, while giving our teachers the opportunity to share how we can best support their learning. Parent-teacher conferences have started, but there is still time for you to schedule an appointment.
I strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment with your child’s teachers. Specific dates and times are available on each school site’s calendar.

Glenpool Intermediate School is starting a fundraiser today which will run until October 8th. We partnered with Century Resources to offer tasty treats via a physical catalog and online store. The catalog has only cookies but the online store features lots of other items, including candles, kitchen gadgets, snack mix, and much more.
Mark your calendars and join us for Glenpool Middle School Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A Glenpool on Tuesday, September 22, from 5:00-8 :00 PM!
Grab dinner for the family while helping support GMS. A portion of qualifying purchases during the event will be donated back to our school.
You can participate by ordering Drive-Thru, Carry-Out, Dine-In, or through the Chick-fil-A App. If you order in person, be sure to mention Glenpool Middle School (GMS) when ordering so our school receives credit.
Mobile Orders: If ordering through the Chick-fil-A App, enter the code GMS2026 in the app before placing your order. The code will only be active from 5:00-8:00 PM on September 22.
And make sure to come inside for some extra fun! We will have a $1 Prize Wheel and $1 raffle tickets available throughout the evening. The raffle winner will receive 10 FREE Chick-fil-A Meal Cards! The winner will be drawn at the end of the event, and all proceeds from the Prize Wheel and raffle will benefit GMS.
