Fall Break is Thursday through Monday, October 17 through 21. Classes resume on Tuesday. This is not a distance learning time, so enjoy your time off and long weekend. Schools are closed, the main office will be open Thursday and Monday, but closed Friday the 18th.

Help us recognize Darla Kilgore as our support person of the month. Ms. Kilgore works in Child Nutrition and is a vital member of the team that feeds our students.

Congratulations to our elementary certified person of the month, Rachel Calvert. Mrs. Calvert is a counselor at our Upper Elementary.

Congratulations to Mary Grimmett, our secondary certified teacher of the month! She teaches Language Arts to our 5th grade students.

As we prepare for Homecoming, we want to send you a few reminders of procedures to follow at every Glenpool home football game.
- PK-6th Grade Students: All PK-6th grade students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and remain in the stands unless visiting the restrooms or concession stand.
- Middle School and High School Students: All 7th -12th grade students must remain in the stands unless visiting the restrooms or concession stand.
- Tickets at the gate will be $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students
- No outside food or drinks, including Yeti-type containers
- No Re-Entry: Any person exiting the stadium cannot re-enter.

On Saturday, September 28th, Insight Eyecare will host its annual Giving Sight Day charity event at both clinic locations. This means they will provide free eye exams and complete pairs of glasses to those in need. If you know of any students who may benefit, please send them that way.
Doors will open at 8:30am, and exams are provided on a first come first serve basis.

We are excited to see our GMS Parents & Guardians tomorrow night for Parent Night: Partnering for Success!
This event is from 4-7pm. Please enter through the east doors of the Middle School Gym.
If you can't make it by 4, try to be there by 5pm to hear about student expectations and fun initiatives from Mr. Wise.
Then at 5:35, you will begin navigating your students daily schedule to hear each teacher's expectations and the fun activities they have planned for the school year.
Throughout the evening we will be giving away Warrior gear donated by Glenpool Football Booster Club and Glenpool Athletics.
Lastly, the grade with the most participation, will win recess everyday next week!
