We had an amazing 1st weekend of our fundraiser and we met our weekend challenge goal of $2,000 in new donations. This week each grade will have a "Free For All Recess." Way to go Upper Elementary.
Tuesday Oct 14th is Mystery Keychain Day. Bring $1 to buy a mystery keychain. Keep it or trade it with a friend. It's up to you! We have raised $8,800 in the first week. That is amazing! Keep this up and Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Straessle, and Mrs. Tipton will be spending a night on the playground.

The last 2 weeks in October are packed with dress up days. Glenpool Homecoming is scheduled for the week of Oct 20th-24th and Red Ribbon Week is Oct 27th-31st. We tried to keep the days simple, where you can use items you may already have.

The Upper Elementary is kicking off our annual Glow Run Fundraiser. Your student will be coming home with a packet today with all the information that you will need. Our "Glow Crazy Fun Run" will take place on Thursday, October 30th.
TONIGHT'S first night incentive challenge- The top 4 classes in the school will win a set of Glow Wands that they will be able to use at the Glow Run.

On Saturday, October 4th, the annual Giving Sight Day event will take place. This means free eye exams and complete pairs of glasses to those in need. Doors will open at 8:30am, and exams will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
