Elementary School

The second annual Softball/Baseball Halloween game is tonight at 7:30. The players will be in costumes & pass out candy on the field before the game to kids who show up in costume. There will be male and female home run derbies , and we will sell pizza and drinks from Mazzio‘s.

Upper Elementary This week, Oct 28-Nov 1, is Red Ribbon Week where we will focus on making good life choices! We have dress up days all week. We tried to keep them simple, with themes that most can participate with items they already own.

Friday is the Big Day..... It's GLOW CRAZY time. Parents can attend but must stay in the bleachers. Where: APB When: 8:45-9:45 4th grade 10:00-11:00 3rd grade 12:00-1:00 2nd grade 1:15-2:15 1st grade It is not too late to get those last minute donations. Bring $1 and bring your FAVORITE drink on Thursday, Oct 24th. No energy drinks will be allowed. Just a few more days until our GLOW CRAZY Fun Run! It's not too late to get a few more donations and make our principals spend the night on the playground!

Fall Break is Thursday through Monday, October 17 through 21. Classes resume on Tuesday. This is not a distance learning time, so enjoy your time off and long weekend. Schools are closed, the main office will be open Thursday and Monday, but closed Friday the 18th.

As we prepare for Homecoming, we want to send you a few reminders of procedures to follow at every Glenpool home football game. - PK-6th Grade Students: All PK-6th grade students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and remain in the stands unless visiting the restrooms or concession stand. - Middle School and High School Students: All 7th -12th grade students must remain in the stands unless visiting the restrooms or concession stand. - Tickets at the gate will be $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students - No outside food or drinks, including Yeti-type containers - No Re-Entry: Any person exiting the stadium cannot re-enter. ​ ​Thank you for helping us have a better experience for all of our community.

Dear Families: Get ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school. Here’s what you need to know about the big event, which will take place October 7th through October 16th in the Movement Room. The fair will be open for students to shop during the school day. The fair will also be open on October 8th and 15th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for an after school shopping opportunity.
