Glenpool Schools will be on a Distance Learning Day on Friday, Jan 10. All buildings will be closed. Students need to check with teachers for assignments. Be safe.

Parents,
We are monitoring some information on social media and wanted to put out a clarification. All buses will be running their regularly scheduled routes and pickup times will remain on the same schedule. Parents are welcome to pick their children up early.

Parents of students in extended day:
With the increase in snowfall and the worsening of road conditions, we are asking parents to pick students up as early as possible from extended day. Our goal is to try to get as many of our employees on the road home by 5:00.

We have our first OkMEA All-State band member in quite a few years so he deserves some recognition! Raul Peña made 6th chair trumpet in the top OkMEA All-State band, the Wind Symphony.
This is out of all schools in Oklahoma, and we are super proud of him for that!

Hello Lower Elementary Families,
We want to shower our teachers with love over the Holiday season with special snack days. If you can sign up for an item, we would appreciate it. Please bring the item to the front office at the lower elementary school before December 12th. If you would like to bring it in the morning and give it to the administration team at the front doors, that would be great, too. You can also stick it in your child's bag, but please let the teacher know what it is for. Thank you so much for always supporting our school.

Master Gardners visited our kindergarten classes today to present "Worms' to the Wise." The students loved the hands on experience while learning why earthworms are important in the garden. They also learned about the worm's body parts and how to handle the worms in safe manner. Thank you Tulsa Master Gardners.
